Frédéric Geurts is the head of Boston Consulting Group in Belgium and a member of the London-Amsterdam-Brussels (LAB) management team. He is a core member of the firm's Industrial Goods, Energy, and Operations practices.
Frédéric has 25 years of experience driving large-scale transformational change across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, in multiple sectors and industries, including metals, mining, oil and gas, logistics, and infrastructure. He is committed to delivering impact through strategic transactions and integration, operational performance improvement, and large-scale AI-first transformation.
Before joining BCG in 2016, Frédéric spent twelve years with McKinsey & Company and four years leading his own consulting firm, Iqlaa Equity Partners. He also founded several startups as well as an incubator, developed optimization software programs, and led advanced research in computer science and applied math as a professor at the University of Louvain and the University of Brussels.
