As a senior advisor to the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice at Boston Consulting Group, Frederick Antwi advises hedge funds, family offices, and growth equity firms on technology transactions, fund strategy, and value creation. He joined BCG in 2024, bringing over 20 years of growth investing and global leadership experience in public and private markets, with a focus on internet, software, and payments businesses.
Before joining BCG, Frederick was a Partner and Managing Director in the growth equity arm of TPG Capital, and the Global Co-Head of Technology and Consumer Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Investment Partners. His prior investments include Compass, Facebook, NextNav, Revolution Money, and TripAdvisor. In total, he has invested over $2 billion of capital in public and private companies. Frederick also served as a Senior Advisor at Dragoneer Investment Group, a crossover investment firm, and as a board member or observer at various growth-stage technology companies.
