Gabriella Kellerman joined Boston Consulting Group as an expert partner in October 2025. Her work focuses on leadership in the era of generative AI, and organizational performance during uncertainty, transformation, and change.

Prior to joining BCG, Gabriella served as Chief Product Officer and Chief Innovation Officer at BetterUp, a $5 billion coaching and behavior change company serving the Fortune 1000, and founded BetterUp Labs for the study of whole person development in partnership with researchers at Harvard University, Princeton University, the University of Pennsylvania, Stanford University, and others.

Gabriella trained as a psychiatrist before transitioning to product and senior executive leadership and advisory roles at a number of enterprise behavioral health companies. She holds several patents in conversational AI. She co-authored the book Tomorrowmind: Thriving at Work with Resilience, Creativity, and Connection—Now and in an Uncertain Future, with Professor Martin Seligman.

Her research on performance, leadership, and wellbeing has been published and covered widely in Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, CNBC, Inc, JAMA, Forbes, Entrepreneur, The Financial Times, and others.
