Giorgo Paizanis joined Boston Consulting Group in 2018. He leads growth marketing teams at BCG Digital Ventures, and is a core member of the Consumer practice and the Green Tech and Metaverse teams at the firm. He has over 15 years of experience leading corporate venturing and marketing teams in the consumer, industrial goods, automotive, finance, and energy sectors.

Giorgo’s primary focus is at the intersection of digital growth and consumer brands—he helps companies to develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies to drive profitable growth, change, and bottom-line financial performance.

Prior to BCG, he was Managing Director at Habbo Hotel, a pioneering metaverse platform with more than 200 million registered users in its 20 years of operation. Giorgo also served as Director of Corporate Development at Elisa Oyj (ELISA.HE), leading M&A and growth strategy for a telecom venture portfolio.
