Gözde Yalazı Özbek is the Industrial Goods practice regional leader for Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa (EMESA). She is a member of the leadership team for the Global Advantage practice, as well as for materials and process industries. In addition to the Industrial Goods and Global Advantage practices, she is a core member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice.
Gözde has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting. She leads diversity, equity, and inclusion for BCG in EMESA, and the firm’s work on the future of work for Turkey.
