Grigory Rubin leads Boston Consulting Group‘s metals and mining and process industries work in the Eastern Mediterranean and Caspian region (EMC). He co-leads the Industrial Goods practice in the Caspian Region. Grigory’s core areas of expertise lie within the transport and logistics industry, including railway transport, postal logistics and shipping, and metals.

Grigory has significant experience in corporate and business strategy development, organizational redesign, operational transformation, supply chain management, and digitization for the firm’s industrial goods clients.

Before joining BCG in April 2010, Grigory worked in A.T.Kearney and Strategy Partners.
