Guervan Adnet is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Health Care practice focused on global health topics. He joined the firm in 2016. Examples of Guervan’s client work in global health include helping define a global health organization's vision for the future of pandemic preparedness and response, supporting the creation of a vaccine dose-sharing process at a global health organization (global COVID-19 response), and helping develop a new three-year strategy focused on innovative diagnostics development and commercialization for a global health non-profit foundation.

Guervan has also worked with pharma and biopharma companies, as well as insurers, on transformation and change management topics. Prior to joining BCG, Guervan worked for five years as a project manager at the French Ministry of Defense (MoD).
