Guillaume Oosterlinck is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions practice. He is primarily focused on retail banking, including wealth management and investments, with functional focus on operations and technology (including GenAI and Agentic AI). He joined the firm in 2017.
Guillaume is currently focusing on helping clients implement agentic AI. He has additional expertise in payments and fintech, and several functional topics including digital marketing, pricing, operations improvement, and strategy setting and execution.
He serves as a member of BCG’s senior leadership team in Belgium, and as a member of the Career Development Committee.
