Guillaume Triclot is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Marketing, Sales & Pricing (MSP) and Consumer practices. He joined BCG in 2017 and is now a member of BCG X, leading the loyalty and membership topic in Europe.
Over the last three years, Guillaume has led transformations for seven of the ten largest loyalty programs in Europe, working across retail, fashion, luxury, and travel. He uses his substantial expertise in data-driven personalization, loyalty strategy, CRM, and digital marketing technologies, to help clients build next-generation customer engagement models.
He helps clients design and scale next-generation customer engagement models by combining strategy, data, and digital capabilities to drive sustainable growth and long-term customer value. For his many engagements, Guillaume utilizes both his extensive engineering expertise (certified as a cloud architect and data engineer by Google) and a strong marketing and creative drive (won a Gold Entertainment prize at Cannes). He is skilled in data and analytics, machine learning workflow, marketing technologies and adtech, business intelligence, digital media, and customer relationship management.
Before joining the firm, Guillaume was International Loyalty Manager at Christian Dior / LVMH, and before that, Director of Client Marketing at Monoprix.
