Haytham Yassine is a member of Boston Consulting Group's digital leadership team specializing in digital transformation, new fintech business build, blockchain and decentralized finance, and loyalty and personalization. He leads digital transformation and new business builds in financial services and retail. He is also a core member of the Financial Institutions practice at the firm.
Haytham has worked on digital strategy and enablement, data and analytics programs, and new product innovation initiatives. With his financial services clients, he has developed digital and data strategies for retail banks and set up digital and agile transformation programs. He steered the end-to-end launch of a next-generation digital bank serving retail clients and small and medium-sized businesses. He has helped clients develop strategies and offerings in the DeFi (decentralized finance) and crypto space. With his retail clients, he has helped develop digital strategies centered around loyalty and personalization and supported them with the setup and operation of large scale data and AI transformation programs.. In the public sector, he has been involved in multiple digital transformation programs at public entities, focusing primarily on data platform setups and employment of AI for decision support.
Prior to joining BCG, Haytham worked as a consulting manager at Deloitte, and prior to that, at IBM in Canada.
