Hidetoshi Okayasu joined Boston Consulting Group in 2024. He is a core member of the firm’s Operations practice. He works mainly with clients in the financial services and retail industries, and has been involved in projects dealing with operational reforms, procurement cost reduction, and digital strategy formulation.

Prior to joining BCG, Hidetoshi worked at FIXER Inc. as an executive officer and at the National University Corporation Tokyo Institute of Technology as a specially appointed lecturer. While working for a startup, Hidetoshi gained experience in fundraising and IPO preparation, as well as launching new businesses in the metaverse and generative AI.
