Hikmat Noujeim is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector practice where he primarily supports defense and security entities. He joined the firm in Dubai in 2009 and has also worked in the Chicago office.

Hikmat specializes in large-scale transformations in the public sector as well as acquisitions and local industry development topics. In addition, he has supported private sector entities on strategy and organizational restructuring projects in financial services, energy, industrial goods, and telecommunications.

He has worked with Ministries, state security entities, defense regulators, and others on all aspects of strategy and target operating model engagements, as well as organizational restructuring.
