Hui Zhu is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector Practice in Greater China. He has worked extensively with governments and developers, on topics such as industry development, planning, and urbanization, as well as other urban and economic development issues. Hui specializes in development strategy, industry planning, globalization strategies, regional expansion, business transformation, and market analysis.

Based in Beijing, Hui has worked with more than ten local governments in China, helping them create regional development solutions covering urban development planning, industry research, and related policy making. He has also conducted economic and industrial planning for local governments and defined city strategy and economic development plans for real estate companies.
