Hui Zhu is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector practice in Greater China. He has worked extensively with organizations, as well as urban infrastructure developers, on industry development planning and urbanization as well as other urban and economic development issues.

Hui helps clients create regional development solutions by leveraging urban development planning, industry research, and related policy making. He also provides consulting services in corporate strategy, business strategy, market research, and organizational change for leading real estate and other companies.
