Jeet Brahmandam is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice and leads BCG’s commercial vehicle and off-highway business in North America. His focus spans strategy and operations for industrial OEMs and suppliers, and he is an active leader in GenAI-enabled transformation for the sector.

Jeet’s client work covers the full industrial value chain, from OEMs and tier 1 suppliers to aftermarket, with a functional emphasis on operations, supply chain, and go-to-market strategy. He has led large-scale GenAI transformation programs for industrial clients, helping them apply AI and automation to manufacturing operations, drive productivity, and scale impact beyond the pilot stage. Jeet is particularly focused on how AI, automation, and emerging robotics technologies are reshaping factory operations and the future of work in industrial manufacturing.

Prior to joining BCG, Jeet spent eight years in the automotive industry in engineering and operations roles.
