Jeremy Hardy joined Boston Consulting Group as a summer consultant in 2013 and returned as a fulltime consultant in September 2014. His experience at BCG has focused mostly on airlines, specifically on network and commercial strategy. He is a member of the firm’s Consumer practice, with an emphasis on travel and tourism.

In his recent client work, Jeremy has been involved in developing demand recovery models and implications for travel clients, designing and launching multiple strategic programs to attract and retain pilots for major airlines, developing a transformation strategy for a ground transportation operator, and setting up a transformation office for a leading Asian airline, among many other engagements.

Jeremy has expertise in all aspects of the airline industry, including scheduling processes, network planning, cost improvement, growth scenarios, and fleet assessment.

Before joining the firm, Jeremy worked for two years as an investor relations analyst at Chile's LAN Airlines during the acquisition of the Brazilian airline TAM.
