Jeroen Hendrix is a core member of the Industrial Goods practice at Boston Consulting Group with a focus on materials and process industries including chemical value chains, natural resources, (food) ingredients, and discrete manufacturing. He advises management teams and senior executives on creating top and bottom line competitive advantage.

In addition, Jeroen is a core member of the firm's Operations practice, to which he brings deep expertise in procurement as well as operations and supply chain. His expertise runs from assessment to full potential programs to transformation programs.

Jeroen joined BCG in January 2023, bringing over 18 years of experience in industrial value chains, predominantly in Europe and the US. Before coming to BCG, Jeroen was a Partner with Kearney.
