Jessica Beidelman is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's People & Organization practice and a senior expert for, and member of, BCG U's leadership team. BCG U is the firm's capability-building platform that delivers scalable, high-impact learning to drive measurable business outcomes.
Jess works with clients to unlock sources of value related to AI and business transformation. She designs learning strategies and large-scale upskilling programs for global organizations, helping them build the capabilities required for sustained performance.
Before joining BCG, Jess was Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at 2U, an online program manager (OPM) powering degree programs for leading non-profit universities and the parent company of the edX platform. Previously, she was a management consultant at A.T Kearney. She has experience in international education from her time with GEMS Education, which runs K-12 independent schools. Jess began her career as a Teach for America corps member.
