Joan Sol is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices.
Since joining BCG in 2004, Joan has worked with a wide range of consumer and retail clients to address key issues associated with strategy and corporate development, sales and marketing, multichannel, digital and organization topics. His project work has covered sectors such as packaged goods, durables, food and beverage, fashion, luxury, and beauty and cosmetics.
Joan also has acquired particularly deep expertise across corporate development topics such as due diligences (both the buy and sell sides), target assessment, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and postmerger integration. He has helped numerous clients identify high-impact growth opportunities, define their strategic plans, and create digital strategies to win in a changing environment.
