Joe Jabbour is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Travel, Cities & Infrastructure and Operations practices. Joe focuses on supporting megaprojects in the Middle East, as well as large-scale real estate, social infrastructure, and industrial development engagements. His experience covers all aspects of development lifecycle, including initial vision and feasibility, master planning, construction, operations ramp-up, fundraising and investment attraction, and exit/IPO strategy. He also supports governance, organization, and transformation of development authorities and real estate development companies.

Joe’s industry and consulting experience emphasizes strategy development, organization design, and digital and operations improvement. He has worked with clients in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and all GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries.

Before joining BCG, Joe worked in the oil and gas sector at Schlumberger. He also held multiple roles, including big data analytics, simulation engineering, and on-site construction engineer, at Consolidated Contractors Company.
