Johannes Blauhuth is a core member of the Industrial Goods practice at Boston Consulting Group. He works primarily with European building materials and mining clients on their transformations. Johannes is a leading member of the firm’s building materials team, and the Industrial Goods practice’s people team. He is also currently serving as the Munich career development advisor.

Johannes works with his clients on all aspects of a transformation, including corporate and business strategy, organizational blueprints, transformation management office, commercial excellence, and cost reduction. He is a co-author of the "COVID-19 BCG Perspectives Series: Facts, scenarios, and actions for leaders."

Before coming to work at BCG in 2010, Johannes was an associate at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., and before that, he was assistant to senior management at Rolvering, Germann & Effing Unternehmensberatung PartG.
