Johannes Goltsche is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), and Marketing, Sales & Pricing (PSP) practices. He has considerable experience driving TMT projects by focusing on data-driven transformation leveraging AI/GenAI.
Since joining the firm in 2016, Johannes has orchestrated and led multiple customer value management, marketing, customer service, and sales transformations in both B2C and B2B, with a focus on GenAI. In addition, he has deep expertise in telco infrastructure (active and passive) and has driven sharing, integration, and operations improvement projects.
Before joining the firm, he worked at A.T. Kearney.
