John Wilson is a member of the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) and Corporate Finance & Strategy (CFS) practices at Boston Consulting Group. He leads both buy- and sell-side due diligence efforts for leading global private equity funds, as well as strategy and M&A efforts for leading corporate clients.

John works with clients across the tech , health care, business services, and consumer industries on topics including due diligence and portfolio strategy. In addition to case work, he leads recruiting efforts for BCG's Southern California offices, and is a member of the firm’s Career Development Committee.

Before joining the BCG, John worked in consulting and on the buy side in private equity and venture capital. In addition, he serves as the California board chair for America Needs You, a non-profit focused on career enrichment for first generation, low-income college students.
