Jon Baio is a member of the leadership team for Boston Consulting Group's North America Health Care practice, as well as a core member of the Operations practice. A former scientist, Jon primarily focuses on biopharmaceutical companies, working with them on developmental, operations, and digital topics. He has worked with clients across pre-clinical and clinical activities.
Jon's recent engagements with biopharma and medtech clients have covered procurement: (execution and AI implementation), external supply management, and end-to-end cost excellence. He has also led advanced planning systems deployment and planning transformation for clients in a cross section of other industries.
