Jon Roberts is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Consumer practice, and the firm's co-lead for restaurants. Jon has over 12 years' experience in the restaurant industry, and has worked for restaurant clients across topics including growth strategy, operations excellence, and end-to-end transformation.
Jon has led multiple end-to-end growth and profitability acceleration programs covering brand positioning, menu and pricing, operations, digital and AI transformation, supply chain and procurement, and support center capabilities. He works across industry segments (quick service, fast casual, casual dining, etc.) and menu categories, serving both global brands and smaller, high growth concepts
Beyond restaurants, Jon has significant expertise in retail operations more broadly, including AI-enabled labor and scheduling (forecasting, labor model, scheduling optimization, and roster management).Before joining the firm, he was an Associate Director at the Advisory Board Company.
