Jonas Hiltrop is the Switzerland lead for BCG X, Boston Consulting Group's tech build and design unit. He leads AI-driven transformations in a range of industries, helping organizations define enterprise AI strategies, build digital and AI solutions, and transform end-to-end business processes to create measurable business value. He has worked with major corporations across Europe, Asia, and North America to deploy AI at scale across their value chains.
Jonas has more than 15 years of experience identifying, assessing, piloting, deploying, and scaling data and AI solutions across sales and pricing, supply chain, manufacturing and operations, and procurement. Prior to joining BCG, he worked in technology commercialization at the Fraunhofer Center for Sustainable Energy Systems and in economic and financial consulting at Cornerstone Research, both in Boston.
