Joonho Lee is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Corporate Finance & Strategy and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices focused on the electronics and display industry. He has experience as well in the broader industrial and technology space.
Since joining BCG, Joonho has led corporate strategy, portfolio restructuring, and market entry projects for major Korean conglomerates and leading electronics companies, including developing business portfolio restructuring strategies, assessing feasibility, and conducting market screening for new business opportunities.
He supported a leading display manufacturer in developing fab investment strategies and global expansion strategies for new technologies such as 3D and OLED, and advised the holding company of a major Korean conglomerate on new market entry feasibility and go-to-market strategies in automotive parts, renewable energy, and display components, as well as assessing mid- to long-term strategies for key subsidiaries.
Before joining BCG, Joonho was Business Planning Manager, Memory Division, at Hyundai Electronics; Managing Director of the Seoul office of Monitor Group; and Managing Director of the Seoul office of L.E.K. Consulting.
