Jürgen Rogg is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice and leads the firm’s Digital in Financial Institutions topic globally. He also leads BCG’s Technology Advantage practice in Switzerland, as well as the Digital in Banking topic for Central Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Jürgen’s clients include private and retail banks as well as insurance companies in Switzerland and abroad. He supports them on a broad variety of strategic offerings, process, operations, IT and M&A topics. In addition, Jürgen plays an instrumental role in digital transformations for financial institutions and has coauthored several publications on this topic.

Prior to joining BCG in 2009, Jürgen was an executive director at a leading international bank, where he led large-scale change programs in Switzerland, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. He also founded an Internet and IT company with clients from various industries.
