Julia Wiesermann is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care and Industrial Goods practices, and leads BCG Platinion’s biopharma work in Europe, the Middle East, and South America (EMESA) region. She is an expert in large-scale event-driven and foundational IT transformations.

Since joining BCG Platinion in 2019, Julia has worked extensively on IT transformation challenges including large-scale merger and acquisition related topics, designing and implementing digital strategies and product propositions, and devising IT operating model and architecture redesigns. Prior to joining BCG Platinion, Julia was a Director with AlixPartners in the IT & Digital practice where she also acted in interim IT Lead roles. Before that, she was a Vice President IT Strategy at Deutsche Bank.
