Jungo Inoue leads The Boston Consulting Group's Technology Advantage and Transformation practices in Japan, and is a core member of the firm's Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice.

Since joining BCG in 1995, Jungo’s client work had focused on the IT and digital spaces. He has worked closely with clients in the technology, IT systems, software, electronics, financial services, and insurance industries. He is experienced in transformation, digital transformation, corporate reform leveraging AI and IoT, salesforce reform, operational reform, cost reduction, leadership development, new business building, and development of innovation and R&D capability.

Prior to joining BCG, he was a senior project manager with Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT).
