Kacper Ostrowski joined Boston Consulting Group in 2010. He is a core member of the Insurance and Financial Institutions practice areas at the firm. Kacper works principally with banking and insurance clients, concentrating on strategy, post-merger integration, and sales force effectiveness. 

In his strategy engagements, Kacper has experience guiding clients through in-depth market analysis and setting strategic aspirations, as well as defining product and distribution strategies. He has worked on more than five integration projects for leading financial institutions at various stages from strategic blueprint to operational integration. He is also experienced in digital transformations for both banking and insurance for various segments including retail, SME, and corporations. 

Before joining BCG, Kacper worked at Azimutus, a boutique mergers and acquisitions firm, where he was involved in corporate finance and M&A projects.
