Jihoon Kang joined Boston Consulting Group in 2009.  He is a lead member of the Industrial Goods practice area and an active member of BCG TURN, which helps clients deliver rapid, visible performance improvements in the short term while strengthening their organizations and positioning them to win in the future. Jihoon is also a core member of the BCG Operations practice.

Since joining BCG, Jihoon has worked extensively on business strategy and operational efficiency improvement with a focus on the steel, EPC, shipbuilding, and shipping industries. He has also worked with clients on portfolio optimization and new business strategy, go-to-market strategy, war room support, and quality enhancement.

Prior to joining the firm, Jihoon worked for LS Group as a business development manager.
