Katherine Phillips is an expert in carbon capture, and a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Climate & Sustainability, Energy, and Industrial Goods practices. She works primarily with oil and gas and chemical companies, climate tech startups, and their investors, helping clients answer strategic questions related to decarbonization, carbon removal, and circularity.

Before joining BCG in 2019, Katherine was a scientist in chemistry/chemicals, materials, and engineering, studying nanomaterials fabrication and carbon capture and conversion.
