Kathryn Bell is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at Boston Consulting Group. She was previously a managing director and partner serving as the global leader for the firm's worldwide infrastructure functions including real estate, travel, meetings, procurement, security, and sustainability; as well as the system leader for the Global Services organization worldwide.

Kathryn is committed to coaching teams and executives through change, and that has been a core component of all of her roles throughout her career. At BCG, her focus has been on helping individuals achieve their full potential within the firm and beyond.

With three decades of experience, Kathryn is an expert in workplace strategy and operations leadership, with experience primarily as an operator, but also as an expert advisor to clients in driving business value through operations, and transforming operations to adapt to shifting business needs. Her recent assignments include agile leadership, new ways of working, operations excellence, and leading net zero change efforts.

Kathryn is a faculty member for BCGs “Developing High Performance Teams,” a course for Business Services Team (BST) senior leaders, and serves as an SDC advisor for North America senior leaders. Prior to joining BCG, Kathryn spent 12 years with Accenture, leading their corporate services, during which time she lived in the UK, the US, and India. Kathryn started her career in airport management and infrastructure, spending 12 years working with BAA.
