Kentaro Mori joined Boston Consulting Group in 1997 and is a core member of Consumer practice in Japan. He is an expert in the retail, consumer goods, airlines, and railways industries. Kentaro has also worked in BCG's Boston office.

Since joining BCG, Kentaro has worked extensively with clients in the retail, consumer goods, service, and transportation industries. His recent experience covers formulation of long-term vision and mid-term corporate plan, digital transformation, new-business building, operation reform, and cost optimization.

Before joining BCG, Kentaro worked as a consultant for the Monitor Company in Tokyo.
