Kristin Wheatley is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions practice working with both banking and insurance clients on topics including deposit growth strategy, front-to-back transformation, capability building, operational improvement, cost reduction, operating model and organization effectiveness, digital marketing, and pricing strategy.

In addition, Kristin has worked on TSR growth strategy, omni-channel advice, salesforce effectiveness, price optimization, and other projects. She is the Canada lead for BCG@60, as well as a career development advisor.

Before joining BCG, Kristin was a marketing strategist at Publicis Sapient.
