Kyoko Yamaji joined Boston Consulting Group in 2017. She is a core member of the firm's Public Sector, Social Impact, and People & Organization practices.
Kyoko has extensive experience supporting central government ministries and universities in policy planning and implementation. She specializes in talent policy and skills strategy, the development of AI and digital talent, reskilling initiatives, and organizational strategy.
Prior to joining BCG, Kyoko worked at a major consulting firm and a bank.
