Lars Holm rejoined Boston Consulting Group in 2015 after spending nearly two decades working in the energy industry in various functions. During his time away from BCG, Lars was the founder and managing director of RatioPower, an independent investment company focusing on renewables in the wind power industry. He also worked in roles including managing director at Schindler in Denmark, head of sales for Europe and senior vice president of project development at Nordex, a leading developer and manufacturer of wind turbines.

Previously, Lars worked for BCG as a project leader from 1992 to 1996.

At BCG, Lars leads BCG's global work in wind power and renewable energy.
