Laure Bezert joined Boston Consulting Group in July 2022. She is a member of Technology & Digital Advantage and Financial Institutions practices and focuses on business-led tech transformations. Laure focuses on helping companies build and execute technology-enabled transformation strategies through tech strategy, tech operating model, tech sourcing, and financial management. She is committed to expanding the role of women in technology.

Before joining BCG, Laure worked at Deloitte in Canada and Chile for over 14 years, most recently leading the Technology Strategy practice which, added to experience in consulting, gave her experience in both growing existing teams and building new ones, developing commercial and talent strategies, delivering projects, and managing a full P&L.
