Leonardo De Lella is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy and Climate & Sustainability practices with over 15 years of experience in strategy, organization, operations, and supply chain transformation programs in South America, North America, and Europe.

Leonardo serves oil and gas and energy companies on a variety of topics. He has recently been focusing on sustainability and energy transition, including renewable energy; hydrogen; e-fuels; and carbon capture, usage, and storage (CCUS). With his deep expertise in decarbonization, energy transition, and large-scale transformation, Leonardo has helped energy companies transition to a sustainable future.

Prior to joining BCG, Leonardo was a member of the leadership team at Vista Oil & Gas, an independent exploration and production company focused on unconventional development. Before that, he was a Principal at A.T. Kearney based in its Mexico City office.
