Leonardo De Lella is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy and Climate & Sustainability practices. He has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry advising leading companies in Argentina, Colombia, and Latin America.
Leonardo's work covers the entire oil and gas value chain with a focus on helping clients unlock value and drive efficiency. He has led high-impact projects on a variety of topics, including portfolio management, cost optimization, large capital project management (LCPM), procurement, supply chain, and digital transformation.
Prior to joining BCG, Leonardo was part of the leadership team at Vista Oil & Gas, an independent exploration and production (E&P) company focused on unconventional development. Before Vista, he was a Principal at A.T. Kearney in Mexico City and held various positions at Tenaris.
