Linda Matula is a managing director at BCG BrightHouse. BrightHouse is Boston Consulting Group's global creative consultancy that pioneered the practice of helping organizations uncover their timeless purpose to grow their people, profits, and social impact.

Since joining BrightHouse in 2019, Linda has led projects for some of the world’s biggest corporations in banking, energy, industrial goods, and consumer goods. While purpose is always at the heart of her work, she specializes in transformation, employee engagement, organizational mobilization, and culture activation.

Linda’s recent engagements have included establishing a comprehensive employee engagement and culture activation program for a German energy company as part of a large scale transformation, as well as engagements with an oil and gas company in the Middle East, a private bank in Germany, and a luxury household applicances brand in Europe.

Before joining BCG BrightHouse, Linda worked for EY’s People Advisory Services as a Senior Manager. She previously held marketing and advisory roles on the client side. Linda is a trained business and management coach.
