Lorenz Kunze is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) and Health Care practices. Since joining BCG in 2014, he has focused on the pharma supply chain (including contract manufacturing, asset-light pharma services, and pharma packaging) and private equity (PE)-backed pharma platforms (including specialty, generics, and consumer health).
Lorenz has led more than 40 buy- and sell-side commercial due diligence projects on health care assets covering pre-deal diligence, vendor due diligence, and exit support. In parallel, he leads large-scale transformation and value acceleration programs for corporate clients and PE-owned portfolio companies, covering group strategy, full potential plan design, multi-workstream operational and commercial transformation, and implementation.
