Luis Denia has been with Boston Consulting Group since 2011. He co-leads the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice in Iberia and is a core member of the Consumer practice at the firm.

Luis leads transaction and portfolio work for private-equity-owned companies across different industries. He has led several value creation engagements for these companies, from broad full-potential plans to specific initiatives that accelerate value creation, including growth plans, operational efficiency, and organizational design.

In addition, Luis serves clients in the consumer space, from fashion retailers to fast-moving consumer goods. He has led projects on strategy, commercial processes, organization, and digitally enabled use cases..

Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Roland Berger as a consultant.
