Lynne Biggar joined Boston Consulting Group as a senior advisor in April 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience driving shareholder value, advancing global brands, and delivering customer results across the payments, technology, financial services, travel, and media sectors.

She has had broad-based success in: driving strategy and business metric outcomes across full P&Ls, brand transformation, customer acquisition, loyalty and rewards, product management and development, partnerships, personalization at scale, digital channels, end-to-end business processes, and insights and analytics. Working across BCG practices, including Financial Institutions; Marketing, Sales & Pricing; Consumer; and Technology, Media & Telecommunications, she brings value to clients through providing thought leadership for client proposals, actively engaging with clients on key strategies and priorities, and supporting BCG teams so they can be best-in-class in their client-facing engagements.

Most recently, from 2016-2022, Lynne served as Executive Vice President/Global Chief Marketing Officer at Visa where she transformed one of the world’s most powerful brands across B2C, B2B and B2B2C audiences. Prior to Visa, Lynne was responsible for driving over $1 billion in annual multiplatform revenue as Executive Vice President/Head of Consumer Marketing & Revenue at Time Inc. Previously she spent more than 20 years at American Express leading high-profile global operating and marketing groups, including Membership Rewards, the Consumer Travel Network, customer loyalty, and new customer acquisition, and was a member of the Global Management Team.

Lynne is an Independent Director of Voya (NYSE: VOYA) and Finastra (owned by Vista Equity Partners), the first independent member of the Executive Committee of Leading Hotels of the World, and is a special advisor to the board of ABinBev (NYSE: BUD). She previously was an Independent Director of Marketo prior to its sale to Vista.
