Maciej Gerhardt is the Consumer/Retail Practice Leader for Poland, and a core member of Consumer Practice in Central Europe at Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2011, Maciej’s client work has focused on stakeholder engagement and client enablement in the areas of growth (strategy, sales force effectiveness), large-scale transformations (PMIs, digital transformations), and margin improvement (pricing, sourcing strategy, COGS reduction).

Maciej has worked with Clients across the retail & wholesale industry, including leading food & non-food retailers, fashion players, and e-commerce companies within the CE region.

Prior to joining BCG, he was a consultant in the business advisory department at a Big Four firm based in London.
