Mads Peter Langhorn is an expert on the corporate strategy agenda at Boston Consulting Group, and leads the firm’s digital strategy roadmap work for Central Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. He is a core member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice, and a member of the Industrial Goods and Consumer practices. 

Since joining BCG in 2001, Mads has focused on strategy and digital transformation programs— performing portfolio reviews, helping shape growth agendas, and developing operating model implementation and digital delivery models. He has worked with clients in transportation and logistics, facilities management, chemicals, and food and beverage. 

Prior to joining BCG, Mads worked in venture capital and investment banking.
