Mai-Britt Poulsen is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group's Consumer and Strategy practices. She has been the managing partner leading BCG in Denmark since April 2015. Over her career, she has served clients from the firm's offices in the Nordic countries and from BCG's Chicago office.

Mai-Britt specializes in retail and consumer goods and has significant experience in large-scale transformation programs, which aim to fundamentally change the performance trajectory of a company by addressing multiple levers. Mai-Britt also has significant experience in corporate strategy, M&A and due diligence work, pricing (particularly in B2C and B2B scenarios), go-to-market strategies, and organizational topics such as organizational structure, leadership, and enablement.

Before joining BCG, Mai-Britt worked with Nordea Corporate Finance.
