Marc Schuster is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions and Climate & Sustainability practices. He has extensive experience in financial services, having helped banks define and operationalize their net-zero strategy, and become more efficient and effective as they transition to a more sustainable future.

In his recent client work, Marc has supported the definition and design of a net-zero roadmap at several global banks, assessed associated business implications, and identified the key enablers required to scale transition finance. He also defined guidance for banks on net-zero target-setting in agriculture. Marc joined the firm in 2011.
