Marcial González joined Boston Consulting Group in 2011. He leads the firm's Lima office, previously working out of the Washington DC, Miami, Santiago, and Colombia offices. Marcial is the Office Administrator of BCG Lima and leads BCG’s work in digital business for Perú, Ecuador, Colombia, Central America, and the Caribbean. He is a core member of the firm’s worldwide Technology Advantage, Financial Institutions, and Energy practices, and one of the firm's experts in digital acceleration.

Marcial has broad experience in digital topics in a variety of industries (including banks, insurance companies, private equity, energy, and airlines) and in many countries across the Americas. He works with enterprises and their leaders to help them become digitally savvy by designing and implementing digital strategies that enable them to navigate an increasingly complex business environment. This includes transforming their core business; building new and disruptive ventures; and revolutionizing their ways of working, technology, and ecosystems.

Prior to joining BCG, Marcial was an officer in the Chilean Navy for ten years, and worked for three years in the private sector, primarily in the energy field.
