Marcin Lech is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice, where he leads the mining work for the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia (KSA). In this role, which Marcin has held since 2017, he oversees engagements with core exploration, mining, and mining services players in the region, as well as key ministries and stakeholders.

With over 15 years of experience in mining and broader industries, Marcin has worked with almost all major mining players globally, including in Australia, Africa, Asia, and Europe. His expertise lies in growth strategies, large-scale transformations, operational excellence, operating models, and transactions. Marcin has delivered some of the most prominent strategies and transformation programs in the mining and resource industries in recent years, generating impacts worth hundreds of billions of dollars. He is also recognized as a core expert on exploration in mining globally.

Before moving to KSA, Marcin led the firm's Energy and Industrial Goods practices in Poland, where he delivered high-profile projects in mining, chemicals, oil and gas, and other industries. Marcin is committed to delivering real change and measurable impact for his clients, as evidenced by the substantial financial benefits and valuation upsides achieved by the clients he has served.
