Marian Richter is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice and part of the retail leadership team for Germany and Austria. He covers a broad range of topics, including commercial excellence, digitization, category management, and E2E supply chain.

Specifically, Marian has worked with European and global clients in grocery and general merchandise retailing, cosmetics and beauty, prepared food, consumer electronics, and cash and carry.

Before joining BCG, Marian worked at Aldi Sued GmbH as a regional area manager with responsibility for five stores, 100 FTEs, and $25 million in sales.
